ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Gregory Koren is an Associate Attorney for Murray & McCarthy Law, where he litigates probate, real estate, corporate, and tax law.

Mr. Koren is licensed in the State of Colorado and received his Juris Doctor and certificates in corporate law, commercial law, and workplace law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to law school he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University and spent 4 years in the financial services industry. During law school he interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he furthered public interests and policies.

Mr. Koren also worked at several law firms and accounting firms prior to joining Murray & McCarthy Law. Priorly, he worked as a federal court and state court litigation attorney, corporate attorney, and tax attorney. Mr. Koren represents clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities to resolve disputes. He can assist you with your local and state tax issues as he is experienced in filing business and personal taxes in other states and localities. During his time with accounting firms he developed extensive knowledge in solving sales and use tax issues. Whether it’s filing state taxes or applying for sales and use tax refunds Mr. Koren can assist you.

Mr. Koren is committed to strong client advocacy, drawing from his experience in the courtroom and his extensive understanding of civil law to provide a fair and dedicated representation for each of his clients.

In his time outside of the courtroom, Mr. Koren enjoys reading, hiking, and skiing.
